Payment Terms And Conditions

Hotel Bedrooms: Non Arrival Fee or Late Cancellation Fee

If you have not cancelled your reservation within the required cancellation window, your credit card will be subject to a charge of the first night’s accommodation for each room booked plus any other pre-booked services you have reserved. (dinner, spa, golf, etc.). Please refer to your confirmation email for the cancellation notice period.

Hotel Bedrooms: Advance Purchase & Prepaid Rates

For all Advance Purchase and Prepaid Rate reservations, the room rate for the full duration of the stay and any pre-booked amenities (e.g. Champagne on arrival, meals, upgrades, treatments, golf, etc.) is charged in full at time of reservation. If you cancel for any reason, modify this reservation, or do not arrive on your specified check-in date, your payment is non-refundable.

Hotel Bedrooms: Leisure Group Bookings

For group reservations of 5 rooms or more please refer to your individual group booking confirmation for cancellation policy. A security deposit of €500 is payable on or before check-in. This deposit is fully refundable on departure once the rooms are left in satisfactory condition and no complaints have been made regarding any of the groups conduct or behaviour in the hotel.

Conferences & Meetings

Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival will be charged for the Conference Room Hire Fee.

Vouchers

This is a request for payment of a voucher you have purchased. Vouchers will not be issued until payment is received in full.

Please call or email the hotel and send a request for your invoice. Providing you booked in your name and not on behalf of anyone else we can issue you one. This is due to GDPR regulations.

If the booking was made directly through our website then we can amend the booking via the phone or email. If your booking was made via third party website you must contact them directly.
