We had the pleasure of attending Fáilte Ireland’s first-ever Employer Excellence Awards on April 19th.
These awards aim to recognise businesses that prioritise creating fulfilling and enticing career opportunities in the hospitality industry. The winners are chosen based on Trust Index Surveys completed by employees. More than 170 tourism businesses, including hotels, participated in these surveys.
We are thrilled to be awarded Gold status for Outstanding Employer. Our employees are crucial in the running of our hotel every day, and this award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team.
In addition to our own success, our parent company, PREM Group, secured the title of Best Employer in the hotel group category. We are absolutely delighted to be associated with a company that places a high value on its employees and actively works towards fostering a positive work environment. These accomplishments serve as an extra layer of pride, particularly as we recently obtained the esteemed Great Place to Work® Certification earlier this year.
